Need climate controlled storage? Well, you've found the best one! The facility is always nice and clean. The property is secure and I never worry about the security of the things I have stored there. The prices are great. Jeremy has been very easy to work with and the communication is fantastic.

Even after carefully organizing a move into my new home, it soon became clear that I needed more storage space than had been suggested by friends. Movers were on their way. What a dilemma on a Sunday morning! I made a few calls to other local facilities with no success until the owner of Mr. Cool Self Storage answered my call.He arranged easy access to his top notch storage facility for me on a Sunday morning! What unbelievable service!!! When the movers arrived, I was able to direct them to both locations quite easily. Mr. Cool saved the day! I highly recommend the owner’s calm, gracious and professional service!

Superb customer service, clean facility, super helpful and friendly owner! Jeremy helped me get set up when i needed to swap storage facilities. He was very helpful in all phases and really took the time to listen to what we needed at the time. He made accommodations to get us in while new and bigger units were being built so we could get moved in as soon as possible. Jeremy was always available every time i had a question. Perfect experience! Highly recommend!!
