It's a nice little storage unit place. 24 hour access. Attentive staff even when they are not on site they can be reached relatively quickly by phone. I'm regretting not getting a larger unit to be honest. Great storage place and I'm looking forward to being there a few months at least.

This is a great storage facility. It is reassuring when you are out of state to have a safe and secure storage unit so you don’t have to worry about your extra things. I would definitely recommend Ms. Lillian’s in Franklin to anyone needing a storage unit.

This is the place for storage in Franklin. I have had to call on several occasions and my problems were quickly taken care of. Highly recommend Ms. Lillian’s.
