  This is the first time we've hired a full pack and move and let me tell you, I am never packing again! The team was exceptional. They arrived on time and wore masks on both days. They had the appropriate number of people to make the packing and moving smooth and fast. They even helped out by removing some bookshelves and hardware from our walls. It was great experience and I'm glad I chose them over some of the other companies we considered.

  Their crew is a pleasure to work with - they show up on time and work quickly. Plus, they are truck packing ninjas! They fit everything in one truck every time saving us multiple trips. Their prices are reasonable and scheduling is easy. The guy is super responsive and has accommodated us with short notice many times. We will use them for all our future moving needs and you should too!

  ***AVOID THIS COMPANY*** This has been THE WORST experience that I have ever had when dealing with a company. It started when they decided to raise my rate from $8,000 to almost $14,000 after the truck was loaded and ready to leave. Luckily, John (self proclaimed Manager/Logistics Guy) gave me a call and was able to "help me out with a discount", and dropped it to like $12,000....lucky me. Then I spent the next month leaving voicemails for their customer service department, because NOBODY answers the phone at this company...NOR DO THEY RETURN CALLS...EVER. I spent several weeks just trying to find out where my belongings were, and when I could expect to receive them. I'm guessing John got tired of me calling and texting his personal cell phone, and decided to text me back, and told me the "CS Manager", Renee was going to call me....which she did. She gave me her "direct line" in case I had any other issues. Guess what....the direct line went to a voicemail that was full, and I wasn't able to even leave a message....because of course, she never answered the phone. Fast forward a couple more weeks of this, and I finally received my belongings....after 2 months. This is where it really gets fun.....so far I have discovered that 11 boxes are missing all together, another 7 items are missing parts/pieces....and 8 items are broken and unusable. I tried to call in and speak with someone about locating my missing boxes....starting a claim on the broken items....and you guessed it....nobody answers the phone....or returns calls. How is this company still in business? Please change your company name....your organization is the most poorly run company I have ever seen in my life, and in no way resemble "My Professional Movers".
