  I requested information online for storage unit availability. I didn’t expect to hear anything until at least Monday, but shortly after I posted my request I received a call from DeAnna and she had a unit available and was able to take my application over the phone! She was very kind, informative and professional. I highly recommend them!

  I’m not from Oklahoma, and was a long way away from home when my car died at 11:35pm on Thanksgiving night, so you know everything is closed, and probably will be the next day too. Because I have a lot on my plate right now, I decided to see if I could leave my car at a storage facility until I can come back and deal with my car. Luckily, I was able to rent a parking spot from Near Me Storage extremely easily online. I literally was able to rent the parking spot, get the gate code and know which spot was mine, all through their website, and set up automatic billing. By the time I got to Near Me Storage, it was probably 2:00am. The tow truck operator simply dropped the car off, the gate closed automatically behind us, and I was soon on my way home (I flew home...). Of all things, Near Me Storage was just a couple of miles from where my car went kaput, so literally, I booked them because they were near me! 🤣. Their rates are incredibly affordable as well. Additionally, Deanna, who works there, called because she saw that my booking was late in the night, and made sure I was all settled, which due to the ease of their system, I was. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

  This is a family-owned company and the owners are friendly and informative. One of the things I loved the most is that we were able to set up everything online. Sign up was super easy and quick. I was able to set up the account, pay the fees and access all of the terms. The only issue was signing the actual lease it would not allow me to do that. I was just about to call them but she called me first. She noticed it wasn't signed and asked me if there was anything I needed. I told her that it wouldn't allow me to sign it online and she immediately knew what the problem was. I thought that was great. She asked me if I did it from my cell phone or a computer. When I told her I was using my cell phone she said this is a common problem that the website has and that they are currently working on fixing it. Then she said she would sign it for me if I would agree to allow her to read it to me over the phone. So not only did she know what the problem was, they are currently working on it, and she had a way to move forward made me an extremely happy customer. When I finally did show up to my storage unit my passcode worked perfectly, my unit was available and everything went smoothly. Thank you to the management for taking such great care of your customers. I highly recommend this storage they have competitive pricing, cameras and passcode access.
