We used their UHaul services and almost one year ago and have been fighting a woman (who won’t disclose her name except she’s ‘the manager’) for our return deposit this entire past year. For an entire year she stated they didn’t have our deposit because ‘we don’t keep that kind of cash around here.’ 32 Dollars is what we were owed. 32 stinkin’ dollars. We ended up talking with customer service at UHaul who reached out to this ‘manager’ and they got into it, and the U Haul customer service was him up on by this lunatic manager. Long story short, once district managers were involved our problem was IMMEDIATELY resolved. Stay clear of Lok It Up Storage. Edit: Psycho Manager is Robyn Woodlee.
