After Jaguar Movers didn’t show up to my scheduled time frame and wouldn’t confirm that they’d come the next day, I reached out to New Beginnings Movers. I explained to Robert, the situation I was in and that I really needed to move my things by the next day. He tried to find someone to help him with my move, but wasn’t able to. I could tell he wanted to help but wasn’t able to. And guess what?!?! He called me back the next day to see if I was able to find a company to help, and offer to come help me by himself as much as he could later in the afternoon if things didn’t work out. The CARE!!!!!! I so appreciate his willingness to help. I can only imagine how caring he is with a customer! ❤️
