Terrible experience! On the day of our scheduled move the company called and said the truck broke down in route , then the next day they said another truck broke down, then when I asked for a refund they said they can't give it because another truck is already in route to our home, so we lost our money and just went with uhaul, because the time frame went past the scheduled date to move out the home.. So I do not recommend using this company!

At the time of making moving contract they didn’t disclose the cubic area restriction. I gave all the list of it and confirm it 3-4 times during the month. At the day of arrival they inform us about cubic restriction. Very unprofessional. I m going to report them to consumer advocates. The made my parents life hell on the moving day.... pls stay away from them!!!!

They never told me that they lost their license and they try to jacked the move up by 9000 dollars I told them no way and asked for my money back that I gave them a deposit don't use this company I am going to be sueing them for my money back they are liars and they came to my house with a rental van
