What a wonderful experience. We had to make an interstate move due to work and were really stressed. From the initial contact for the quote we knew we were in good hands. Our things were handled with care. Both teams (moving out of our old home and moving into our new home) we’re super professional, friendly and efficient. The cost that was quoted was exactly what we paid (tips and lunch were provided because these guys worked hard!). Both teams had me walk thru to make sure everything was the way i wanted it. 10 out of 10 i would use New Generation again if needed and we will absolutely recommend them. Hands down made a stressful move easier on us.

From the start service was professional, timely and personal. Kurt/Sales manager was friendly, informative and reachable. Jose, TJ and Arthur were the movers and did an incredible job. They arrived on time, were efficient and professional. They provided quality customer service and were careful when moving. Only bump in the road was a miscommunication around a packing detail but the team 100% were invested in ensuring the move was prompt, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. Thanks guys! Appreciate you!!! Dave S Raynham MA

Given that I moved smack dab in the middle of a snow storm, the young men did the best to accommodate the move. I did call the office days in advance to double the move due to storm and was told, "No problem, we do this all the time." Movers also reached out to the office the day of with no response from the person who originally booked me. After several attempts another supervisor spoke with the "head" mover to see if other dates would work. Nothing available would work with my closing date and the head mover was told, "well she could go with another moving company, to which the head mover responded- "Naw, that's not going to work for her in such short notice." Mind you, I'm listing to the entire conversation. REALLY!? Find another company, because your dates don't work and you, the company didn't think it wise enough to keep on top of the weather- even after I called out of concern. When the person who originally booked me finally returned the call- his statement was something to the fact of, "So, you want to rebook your move?" Really dude? In the end, the move was split into two days. The POSTIVE, the actual cost was at the original estimated price point! The small irritable things- my wood floors at both homes where not really protected. The salt and water was a mess to clean and ruined the shine. Shelving was taken apart, but not set up at new house and we keep finding brackets, bolts and odd screws not knowing where they go. There were a few minor dings and damage to walls and items, but not worth me doing the insurance claim. I feel it would take up too much time. For the most part, kudos to the young men who had to brave the storm and worked to get half of our house moved. Double kudos the the two young men sent to move the remaining items alone.

Micki, thank you for your review and expressing your concerns during your move that happened during a snow storm. We appologize that the weather was not ideal the day of your move and that we didnt have the ability to reschedule due to availabilty. I am glad that you had a positive experience with the crews on Friday during the snow storm and Monday when Brian and Georgie went back to move the remaining items that you needed moved out by the end of the day. We will contact you seperately to help resolve the issues you had mentioned. Thank you Micki, i hope you are settling in and enjoying your new home.
