  I have moved over 20 times and these movers are the best I’ve ever worked with. Light years beyond any other mover. Fair, prompt, courteous, reasonable, careful, kind. Djordie, Goran, Mladen, Slobodan, Dennis - and the wonderful Dunja will make your move completely stress free. Amazing. Wish I could gush more!

  Trying to filter through innumerable moving companies in NYC with so many mixed reviews, NY Nomads was recommended by a friend. We could not have been more grateful or pleased with our experience. Even before moving day, in communicating about our needs and finalizing a quote, Nem was extremely pleasant, easy, and understanding to work with. This was such a difference from trying to coordinate with so many other companies who would overcharge, haggle on the smallest of items/minute changes, and added more stress to this whole moving process which is on its own is so stressful! On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and observed our request that they wear masks as my wife is expecting (and wasn't yet vaccinated). They wrapped our mattress in plastic, and otherwise disassembled/wrapped in blankets furniture/fragile items. They were incredibly efficient, cooperative, and polite -- super professional. We highly recommend NY Nomads!

  I highly recommend NY Nomads! They took away the stresses of moving and were patient and professional when hiccups occurred when my new building had problems with the elevators. Olga was quick to respond to my inquiry and requests for insurances. She was able to give me a very fair estimate within the day. George and his crew were professional, courteous, and efficient while caring for all of my belongings during the move. I hope I don't have to move again soon, but I would not hesitate to use their services again.
