I wish I could highly recommend you to other people however based on my experience your moving team has brought enough stress into my moving event. Your admin team are quick to respond to collect payment but slow to respond or get no response back to returning requested items like receipts, moving equipment and reimbursements. Although 66% of your moving team are hard workers, respectful and minds their own business the other 33% are a liability. Using the customers bathroom, leaving their garbage inside the house, taking things that are not theirs regardless it is by accident or not, over familiarity, showing disrespect to customers wishes especially being warned to make too much too noise outside the building, intentionally damaging customers property like throwing luggages against the wall, dragging the customers mattress to the ground and telling the customers to hurry up while installing furniture are just examples of the level of bad service shown by a couple of the movers. My neighbors were watching during the move and commented how my furniture and the movers were not very good and too noisy. I showed to AAA the damage done to my bed and they agreed that is was dragged.

RIP-OFF! Don't hire these movers! We are going to report ninja movers to the BBB. We made the mistake that we hired ninja movers to move our furniture from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We had agreed on a price two weeks prior to the scheduled pickup. First, they arrived 2 hours late and when they arrived, started charging extra fees that had not been mentioned before. When I told them that we had already agreed on the lower price two weeks before on the phone, they threatened me that if I didn't pay the amount, they would leave and not do the move. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to except because I had to vacate my condo for my new tenant. But this is not the whole story. When my furniture arrived in LA, one of the items was damaged. The movers said they would report it to headquarters and I would be receiving compensation for it. This happened three months ago and I still have not received anything. This company has very unethical business practices and the sales people, the owner and the movers are very aggressive. They initially quoted you a low price but try to more than double the price by adding lots of extra fees on the day of the move when you have no choice but to accept.

Do not use this company. They are unprofessional. When you pay a premium price you expect an outstanding service. The best is not the cheapest, we were not interested in hiring someone off craigslist or picking someone up at the Home Depot parking lot, or even asking family. We needed somebody who had insurance so I wasn’t liable if anyone got hurt, who were professional, and knew what they were doing. This all cost money including tipping at the end. Ninja Movers Do not meet this criteria or standard. Do not use them.
