  I would have saved money and headache that I had with the RedDot if I had came here 1st. A ridiculous billing error at RedDot made by out of state operations locked me out of access to my property for days. I'm no one special but have been treated like a VIP upon every interaction at North River Road Storage.I feel like a valued customer rather than a number. I'm confident that my property is safe at this facility. Mr. Jules exceeded my expectations. Local customer service that treated me right.

  I were in the process of moving, so I didn’t visit my storage for 2 weeks. It was great when I first moved my belongings in it. When I decided to go get a tv out of my unit everything that had major value to it was gone! 4 TVs (all were 46+ more inches), shoes and boots(some were still in the box never worn before), clothes, appliances, jewelry and gift cards out of my dresser chest. No one got in touch with me about it. I found out when I pulled up and noticed the lock was missing. I opened the unit and it was horrible! Everything was all over the place. They told me it was nothing they could’ve done about it and that the camera couldn’t see who did it. They told me all they knew was that it was 1 man broke into 7-9 storages alone in 30 minutes. Which is impossible for 1 person to do alone in 30 minutes.. 2 days later I received the bill to pay for my storage unit. No sympathy no explanation no nothing! I took a major loss with that! So be careful!!!
