Wow, I’m still surprised with how pleasant my experience was with Nothern Heavy Haul. I reached out for an online quote and received a response within minutes. I was able to schedule a pickup from the Medford area to the Houston area within a couple of days. The driver picked up my car on a Friday morning and delivered it to me the next morning! Thank you to Richard and the whole team for the excellent customer service and for taking care of my car so well. I will definitely use them for my future auto transport needs!

I had million questions before going with them to transport my Jeep Wrangler (2015) to Medford MN. Karl and his coworkers answered almost all of them and gave me piece of mind before starting the process. Pick-up and delivery went smooth. 3 hours before the delivery the truck driver gave me a call letting me know that he was on his way. I had time to get the cash for him. The car arrived in great shape, no dents or scratches. Good service, happy customer!

It would seem that most truck companies schedule their drivers around the loads they have already committed to. Nothern Heavy Haul appears to schedule loads according to theirs drivers availability. This makes for a less stressful environment for drivers thus making our overall day safer and relaxing. Always if and when I need down time or home time, our dispatchers have always accommodated me, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Thank you to all of our dispatchers for their hard work!!!
