  I always get professional movers because I have some very large and nice pieces of furniture. I rarely have an issue. However, this experience may have been my worst. This was a simple move from one unit to another unit in the same building. No loading a truck or transport. The movers were timely and efficient and pleasant. However, multiple pieces of furniture were scratched, some very badly. I suspect the movers were not as careful as they would have been with a longer move. They used dollies, and they were slipping the dollies underneath the furniture and then tilting the pieces up on their side, which I think caused many of the scratches. They did not wrap the furniture or place anything between the metal of the dollie and the wood of the furniture, which I think also caused scratches. I’ve used movers many times, and I can’t recall seeing previous companies move large pieces this way. I pay for movers to protect the furniture, and the opposite happened during this move. I was very disappointed and I do not recommend this company.

  NovaExpress was amazing! They were beyond professional, put us at ease, took wonderful care of our precious items and were quick and efficient during our entire move. I would definitely use them again, as well as recommended to our family and friends!

  Generally positive experience and not our first move so we have other points of reference. Rained all day so kudos to the crew for powering through a less than optimal weather day. They cared for our furniture and belongings and worked well together. They were prepared for the weather so came with booties to not mark our floors and that was greatly appreciated. The number of scuffs and dings in the walls and ceiling were more than we were used to but overall very pleasant and professional crew.
