  My mother-in-law‘s house sold in one day. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a long-distance mover with availability before her closing date. We found one company who had a day available a month after closing, which we were lucky to get, but no availability to pick up her belongings and put them in storage. That left us in the difficult position of having to find a carrier who would be willing to pick up her furniture and hold it in storage for a month. We were very fortunate to find O’Neills. Not only were we able to snag the only day they had availability before the closing date, but the entire experience was positive. Geana and Betsy were very helpful, responding quickly to any of our questions or requests and were great at keeping us informed. The moving crew was very pleasant, careful with my mother-in-law‘s furniture and boxes and had the truck loaded in half the estimated time. All the furniture was carefully padded and we were given use of the pads at no additional cost with the only proviso that all of padding had to be returned at the time of the transfer to the second carrier. The furniture and boxes were in good condition and the transfer to our distance carrier was seamless. I highly recommend O’Neills and want to thank them for their help.

  O’Neill Transfer and Storage moved me from Oregon to California. The employees, first 2 out of the 3 were not even employees on the crew that showed up, they brought the wrong size truck, a second crew and truck had to be dispatched to complete the job. They did not know how to pack my items, wrap my item, or handle my item. The crew dropped my furniture and damaged it, the company would not take responsibility for any of it. I had 2 different delivery dates for my items and about 80% of my items were either damaged or broken beyond any way of using them. O’Neill Transfer and Storage has taken no responsibility for any of the damages or broken items for my move, and their main company, Wheaton World Wide Moving, has done the exact same. Customer service for both companies is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…

  I was nervous ordering a bed online, especially not knowing the details of delivery. It actually came 2 weeks sooner than promised and the communication setting up the delivery was superb. They kept us informed even calling when on their way even though we were given a window for delivery. The delivery itself was incredibly professional. They were respectful and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company.
