  Very responsible, reliable, friendly freight handlers. On time deliveries, great rates, dependable and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Toured their Glenville Hub today and they run a safe, clean and organized facility. Using great technology to handle amd track shipments, coast to coast monitoring of their trucks locations, weather conditions and even truck health in real time. The drivers are friendly, our deliveries arrive in the same condition we send them in and we couldn't be happier.

  Scheduled a shipment and gave all the information I was asked for and was quoted $200 to ship. After the pick up I got a call demanding over $1600. Had to pay $125 just to get them to release it where it was. I understand that prices can vary but that's ridiculous and unethical to demand such a crazy price after taking possession of the item. I was able to get another company to rescue the shipment for under $400. I certainly will never use ODFL again.

  We had a nightmare time getting our coolers from restaurant depot and Nick and his team went out of their way to rush it to us on a difficult day. We could not recommend them more highly or say more good things about Nick and the gentleman who helped him!!
