  We loaded at St. Charles MO it took 6 hrs we drove to Ogden expecting the same, we were very surprised to get a door and unloaded in less than a hour. Great job !!

  I will preface my review by stating that I am disabled, and I can't walk more than 50 feet at one time because the cartilage in my right knee has dissolved; resulting in extreme pain because of my knee being bone on bone. I recently ordered a wheelchair from a medical supply company in Salt Lake City, and Old Dominion Freight was the company which delivered the wheelchair to my home in Ogden. My wheelchair was scheduled to be delivered on a Friday between 12-4 PM, but for some reason the delivery driver arrived at my house at 11 AM. Since he arrived an hour before the time my delivery was scheduled, I didn't have a chance beforehand to clear a space where the driver could put the wheelchair. However, after the delivery driver removed my package from the shipping pallet to reduce the necessary amount of storage space, he took the time to clear a space to put my wheelchair in the location I had requested. Unfortunately, I didn't get the driver's name, but I want to thank him for being so helpful & understanding; and providing excellent customer service to an old disabled guy. 🙂 For these reasons, I highly recommend Old Dominion Freight for shipping and delivery. 👍

  It was good a busy day always something to do here always busy and keeps me goin and goin
