  Joanie is great at making you feel welcome and helping in every way possible. Great customer service. Great prices on storage units and uhaul trucks. Plus extras if need like boxes, tape, locks for your unit, and dollies for moving heavy furniture can be bought or rented depending on what you need for your move. The best part is the units are available for entry 24/7 but code is needed so its very secure.

  I rented a storage unit there for 1 year and when I was finally able to move my things I discovered my furniture and all my things were damaged by field rats! Yes the big one's! The staff was hateful and rude about the situation. Told my husband and I the only thing they knew to do was put on gloves and get it all out. I was told by the management that the units on either side of our unit must of stored food in there unit causing them the rats to jump from one unit to the next in the process destroying all my belongings! I paid these ppl 1000. Dollars and they Could have cared less...so moral ofc k vmmmmm?.

  Update review: First, the storage industry is governed by NC laws.. It is illegal to change contracts or force customers in new contracts because ownership changed. Ask any attorney or idiot ....you find this to be true. The new owner knows this. Also, Joanie has breached NC rental laws to even discuss contract details. I simply refused to go to the new contract with the new owner. This establishment has received ALL their owed money and underserved late fees. Many of you know that I don't live in the area... However, that did not prevent ALL MONIES owed to be paid. They did NOT loose one Penny ....not a single cent !!!!! In addition, I paid for a unit and moved out under the old contract tes. The days was NOT prorated nor money refunded or credited toward the other units. Folks, it is illegal for a business to discuss contracts with outsiders or issues with contracts. My former post is quoted in one line that you see quoted below.. "This facility is difficult to work with." So, for Joanie to post junk is distasteful knowing that I also filed a BBB complaints which the facility responded with inaccuracies. That is public if anyone wants to look up. I also came to the facility with Roanoke Rapids police department to sort out my move out because the account was PAID IN FULL... But, I got NASTY texts from Joanie which I still have in my phone. The establishment didn't like the fact that I wasn't budging to conform to a new contract when the old contract was just fine. Now.... Ask them to show you the text messages sent AND you will see for yourself that NC laws were even violated in texts. In the future... Companies should not air laundry on a single review without being TOTALLY factual. I have taken a screen shot of the review and have no problem showing the world the emails, texts, BBB complaint and response. Old Farm Storage and Miss Joanie... Get some class !
