  The movers were fast and efficient, they were very professional both with the move out and move in to my new place. Debra was great in keeping me updated on everything and she was very informative on each step. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

  We had the best experience using oleRRelo to do our international move from Ireland back to Texas! Andy and his team helped make everything seem less and kept us very much involved in the whole process, being transparent about time frames, what to expect and services offered. The movers on both ends packed and unpacked everything with care and out of a 20ft container we had one tiny glass chipped. Not a single bit of damage to any other item we had shipped!! Would highly recommend oleRRelo for any moving needs. Delighted with everything, thanks again to Andy and his team!!

  Olerello has been excellent to deal with throughout my international move . Andy was always there to answer any questions and made the move a breeze . Unfortunately my 65 inch TV was cracked when I opened the box at the final destination . While I acknowledge that this may happen during a long distance move , I am extremely upset about the incompetence of the insurance company that Olerello nominated for their move . Andy helped me make a claim and the claim was approved . All that was pending was the disbursement of the funds by the underwriter . To this day , the funds have not been disbursed . I have made numerous calls to PAC Globals , Andy have sent many emails to them as well as their higher ups but no response . According to the time frame they suggest , the funds should have been disbursed 7-8 months back , but they have have just not responded . I am appalled at how such a reputed well run company like Olerello could nominate such an unprofessional insurance provider . I was really hoping that Olerello would do more to help get a response from PAC Globals to compensate me for my claim .
