  These movers did not care about our furniture or artwork. We hired them to store our furniture in our private storage space while we renovated. They broke pieces of wood furniture, tore a canvas painting, broke 2 lamps, destroyed a custom made buffet, placed heavy boxes on top of couch cushions, big deep gashes everywhere on furniture and much much more. They were unprofessional and sloppy. When we reached out to them about all the damage, they did not respond. They left us with a huge pile of mismatched, broken furniture and had absolutely no regard for our belongings.

  Prior to responding, we would like to make clear that your law firm did not pay for services rendered almost a year ago. This review came on the heels of a collections letter sent on March 18th 2022. With respect to the specific allegations: 1. We asked to inspect your “private storage space” in advance of the move and were not given the opportunity to do so. Our concern, subsequently validated, was that the space would not be large enough to safely hold your items. 2. We requested a representative of your firm go to the destination location to advise on how we should proceed in light of the fact that the space was not, in fact, large enough. Aside from being let into the building, there was no onsite representation from your firm. 3. We were made aware of two damaged items: a piece of artwork and a chair. We had conversations with two representatives from your firm, sent emails, asked to inspect the damage in person, and when denied, requested pictures which were never sent. We are not suggesting, in the above, that Olympia’s performance could not have been improved; however projects like this require two-way communication and engagement. Best, The Olympia Team

  About a month ago, we had a complicated logistical move, with multiple days and locations. The movers were amazing and the communication with the internal team was excellent. Just this past weekend we used Olympia again for an urgent situation. We had furniture delivered with so-called "white-glove service" to room of your choice'. The delivery company got here and could barely lift it into the house. They first claimed they were not allowed to go up more then 10 steps. Then they attempted to go up the steps with the furniture and put large gashes in my walls, then told us they thought it wouldn't fit and wanted me to sign a waiver if they damaged anything trying. We refused and they left the furniture in our entryway.....and I paid for this! On top of it they stripped the screws putting the legs on our pieces. I immediately emailed Olympia and Ryan responded on a Friday after 5pm and he had movers out Monday. As with our first move they were friendly, organized, professional, and highly skilled. VERY CAREFUL and respectful of our property and our possessions and fun to work with. The furniture made it up without a problem. Highly recommend this company- best I have worked with by far.

  The Olympia crew was perfect in every way. The 5 person crew arrived at 7:30AM and worked continuously until 1:00PM, moving a 1600+ sq ft house full of furniture and 80+ boxes. They were attentive to every detail, friendly, personable, and worked at full speed the entire time. They wrapped and protected every piece of furniture. We have moved several times and used several different moving companies. This was, by far, the best moving experience we have had and HIGHLY recommend Olympia to anyone needing their services.
