  Single apartment move up one floor in both locations and completed in less than three hours. James Knowles and his partner were efficient, professional, and careful. They even completed some handy work putting together a desk much quicker than I would have. All in the move was relatively inexpensive and I was very satisfied. No damage, quick, respectful, and cheap - no complaints. I plan to use them again in the future!

  The movers were fast paced and never just stood around. They don't try to make the move last longer than it has to they load and are gone. They offer all the moving materials to protect your items if needed and have a knowledgeable staff. I will use again in the future and recommend anyone looking for a moving company to call these guys.

  I highly recommend OTM for your moving needs. We have used OTM 3 times. Twice for large furniture moving and once for junk removal. The owners, Dustin and Jennifer, are very responsive, very pleasant to work with and the quality of their estimates and invoicing made them an easy choice for us. Dustin has come to every job to check-in. That is customer service. I can't say enough good things about the employees who did our moves. To me, they went above and beyond and with great attitudes even on a 12 hour very cold day. Our first move was 12/15/2021 Brian and his team worked the 12 hour day. They were great. The next move was 12/17/2021 Jamale and his team were equally great. Our last experience was 01/25/2022 . We needed junk furniture hauled away. I contacted OTM. They gave me the best price and Dustin worked with me on what we had and what we could do to offset the cost. James was the team lead for the junk hauling. Once again very professional and great attitudes. All of the jobs were handled very professionally and efficiently. and I threw some last minute changes in on them which the teams handled perfectly. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
