She was knowledgeable, had a great outlook on life, was pleasant, had the best personality and gave us the best service we have received in WV over the last six years! Seriously, if I had had more experiences with people in the Charleston WV area like her maybe we wouldn't have been so eager to leave. We were upgraded to the next size truck no additional charge because they didn't have a 22', she went over everything with us, walked out to the truck with us, wished us a safe trip and a happy new beginning.
