  I havent rented a truck. This is where my storage is. The staff is great. Great location. Great space. Its clean and no bugs that I've seen. The only bad part is the hours. But the staff is very helpful and tries their best to accommodate me every time. Maybe a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I know my things are safe.

  We called to see if we could pick up our reserved truck 15 hours early at the end of the day and we were more than pleased with our service agent!!! Penske was easy to deal with, online booking was a breeze! We looked at U-Haul as well, and Penske was more than 50% less!! Roni is FANTASTIC!!! She was knowledgeable, had a great outlook on life, was pleasant, had the best personality and gave us the best service we have received in WV over the last six years! Seriously, if I had had more experiences with people in the Charleston WV area like her maybe we wouldn't have been so eager to leave. We were upgraded to the next size truck no additional charge because they didn't have a 22', she went over everything with us, walked out to the truck with us, wished us a safe trip and a happy new beginning. We spent 15 minutes max with her and felt like we've known her six moving here 6 yrs ago!!! Roni is a Jem and made our Penske rental pick up experience smooth, easy, and pleasant!

  The worst experience ever. It started from getting the car from Penske service provided inside HomeDepot, where i wasn’t told from the agent or even through the app or an email, like other companies, that the 22ft truck is not available and the 26ft will be provided in the same price, that may look like a promotion, but for a guy who never driven a truck, the 26ft is a nightmare. Moving on with the truck, it is the worst vehicle ever. My trip from Augusta, GA to Westlake, OH was hell, the vehicle barely drives on 40MPH when climbing hills, i would have been ticketed for the officer who understood the vehicle conditions. max speed is 74MPH, the pick up of the first gear to the second takes almost forever. Something was running bad too with the sparking plugs, where i called the road side assistance, which confirmed the truck’s conditions if nothing appeared on the dashboard, but the truck was moving as if there were too many speed bumps on the road. Worst customer service, worst trucks, worst road side assistance.
