Edit: this was all handled and fixed just after it all I don’t feel like I can give a better rating. Went from 1 star to 3 star. Got told I would have two late fees waived then , the waived the fees but had processing my card. I have the failed attempt charge even shorted them they re-added the fees after 3 people said they would be waived Dalton says they are the property manager Says last person that I spoke is a liar about the two fees along with other two people that they don’t wave fees Demetrius states the same thing. They told me they inventoried the storage unit and were going to sell it and that I was locked out but when arriving my unit was not locked. I will say however that Sally was fantastic on the phone and informed that the no late fees was initiated today, she was much more informed and actually read the notes on my account saw where they had taken them off and put them back on with my account saying I wouldn’t be charged them if I made the payment today. Since the account does state that I do feel I should be refunded that 40 dollars.
