For a 500 mile move, we could not be happier with the service that Owen Brothers provided. Chris was very responsive with communications - sometimes not instant, but not slow, afterall he is hopefully working hard! His crew was very nice and put customer service high on their priority list. They listened to concerns and always tried their best to meet our requests. They carefully packed what we did not and were very careful on both ends of the move. The crew did their very best at putting the items where we requested and put things back together in the original configuration. Nothing was missing and nothing was broken. The price of the move was very reasonable... compared to Pods for instance, this was a no brainer - Owens Bros did most of the work afterall! We still have another 30% more stuff to bring down in the future and I will not hesitate at all to call on Chris and Owens Bros Transfer again. Highly recommended.

The workers were very pleasant and likable. Beyond that, they get an F- for loading. Things marked fragile were loaded on the bottom with heave items placed on top of them. The boxed had been professionally packed by another vender. A professional mover who unloaded the items could not believe how they had loaded our items. We had thousands of dollars of unnecessary breakage. Can not recommend this company for moving.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. This load came out of 2 overseas storage containers and had been there for years - packed and loaded by another party. When we pulled the items out to load, they were not in good shape prior to putting them on our trucks. We did our best, but there was significant existing damage to the the load at large.

I loved them! They were so helpful and wonderful. They keep in mind people are human and were so accommodating. Would DEFINITELY move with them again. Recommend them to everyone
