As usual the big corporate world has found a way to diminish the customer’s experience. They just implemented a new policy that says if you don’t have your receipt, no returns. When I bought the item that I was trying to return a few months ago that policy was not in effect. But apparently it doesn’t matter and they will not allow a return. So now I’m left to go dig through all my receipts for the hundreds of dollars a month that I spend at Home Depot, and their new policy is to blame. Not to mention the fact that every time I come into the store there is never anyone to help me. I bought a new lawnmower six months ago and the only one available was at the top of the rack. So I waited 15 minutes for an employee to show up, and he did not. So I went back to the front and requested an employee and 15 minutes later I was still standing there with no lawnmower. Needless to say, I now shop only at Lowe’s. They have a good crew of employees that seem to like to help. Their returns department Ben’s over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. I have no reason to ever returned to Home Depot.

Great Home Depot. They help tremendously with building my house. Especially the Pro Desk. Best prices on all materials for new construction by far compared to Lowes or other stores.

I watched it get built as a kid... I remember when that exact location was nothing but a sagebrush covered lot... People are pretty knowledgeable and willing to help with project ideas even silly ones like building a home made bong or even a beer bong....
