Oz moved me from NYC to San Francisco and they truly won me over. My belongings only took 12 business days to travel cross-country and everything was in perfect condition! Called to ask a question about a white glove delivery. I was met with rudeness and swearing, and was told that I was a lazy F'n easterner and that I could go F myself. If this is what you want in a business, then by all means use them in the future, but I would say not to use them at all.
