Had a scheduled U-Haul pickup for 11/1/21 at 10am. Was reserved originally for the Kramer hardware (Illinois Ave) in Mason City and the 800 number U-Haul representative called the day before to confirm everything said to pick up at this P&T Sales instead. Was there between 10:15am-10:25am and no one on site and family with me left multiple voice messages. Ended up going to the Kramer hardware and was able to pick-up from them. A representative from P&T Sales contacted me while at Kramer hardware at approx. 10:45am... ended up telling them we were getting it from Kramer since nobody was there when we were there. Family members never received any call backs either from their voice messages.

Wonderful places to do business! Owner was very nice about accommodating us after hours dor a pickup, helped us load and hatched down for an 8 hr drive. Kind, considerate, easy to talk to! 5 star well deserved! Thank you and God Bless!
