  I have used Pacific Shipping and Crating 2 times. First time went off without a hitch. Two years ago I used them again and it was a nightmare. Unanswered emails, texts to me for the wrong shipment, and on and on, but eventually my items did make it to Puerto Rico. I tried to contact them again recently and my email was NEVER answered and when I called, all I received was recorded music - no one answered, just music. Either they're doing really well and do not have the time for new/pre-existing customers or they're out of business? UPDATE: After I posted this review, the owner, Arturo, reached out to me and was extremely apologetic. He acknowledged that there had been issues with their communication systems and he is working on getting his system back in shape. I thank Arturo for going the extra mile to explain what went wrong and his efforts to restore his good customer service. Thank you, Arturo!

  Arturo and his team were incredible ! They were so hands on with the process of moving heavy and rare machinery from my office. Arturo checked in during the entire process and his crew were super friendly and accommodating. During these times, it's great to have a reliable company to depend on. Highly recommend working with Arturo, Lissette, and the entire PCS team.

  I had a very disappointed experience after the 2nd load to ship out to their warehouse. I hire this company because he is Peruvian and according to what he informed me was with knowledge and confidence talking to Arturo, the owner. His 2nd crew complained that Maria, the scheduler send them to my home with little supplies and no way to know how many pieces they were going to pick up. I called Maria but always with misunderstandings between their crew and communication between them was broken. To finalize, they did a very poor job packing. I lost lots of previous art and porcelain and vases, etc. it took a long time to get to Peru and not as it was promised. Also I bought insurance and never gave me any instructions or forms. I paid them for coverage. The company including Arturo never answer me my emails. At the end, I used someone from USA to call and instead of sending me the info needed I got a wassup saying: finish your unpacking, and submit me the form and hope there’s not much damaged. When I completed my claim I send to them and they answer me later after several attempts. They told me I had to submit directly to the insurance and good luck. I didn’t do it and will file a claim to the BBB. They are not profesional and the worst shipping company I could have hired. At the end, I payed a lot of money in Peru to take my container. They lied with how much... paperwork said Arturo will be no more than $400 and it was over a $2,000. They are not transparent. Do not hire them. It will make your life miserable.
