  Hey my name is Victor and I recently rented a storage room in January. This place is incredible it had all the space I need and extra room! The staff is friendly and the whole process usually takes about 10 minutes until you can access your storage. You can come in basically anytime you want which is the best part for me since I work long hours. They also offer great insurance coverage. I 100% recommend!

  I came back to change my rating from 5 star to 2. I’ve been a customer with this company for almost 5 years now. I have had a good experience up until the last two years. Every time at the end of the year something happens with my account/auto draft where they skip a month (not on my part for insufficient funds) and then double charge me the following month to make up for it. That is close to $500 being taken out of my account when I am not prepared for it during Christmas. This has happened again. I have emailed and gone in in person and not received a response. It’s been two days and nobody has reached out to me. I will update with how this gets resolved. This is incredibly frustrating and wasn’t my fault. I have paid for 5 years using auto draft with no problems.
