I came in not really knowing what size I needed and what best prices for my budget, and the manager there Nick York I believe it was, was super helpful. He made sure I wasn't leaving unsatisfied, and is like to add that the property and the units I looked at were really clean as well. All and all I have to give 5 stars and two big thumbs up for experience I had a compass storage 200 Front Street in Symra TN, I also took notice on how professional the manager was, I highly recommend this place and the company for hiring employees like Nick and just a great place for all your storage needs. I managed to says money!! Keep it up Compass Storage, I'll never go anywhere else even if it's far from my location.

After having issues with other storage companies, I was hesitant in choosing the best fit for me while moving. A friend had recommended compass so I decided to stop by. I could not be happier with this decision. Nicholas made me feel very confident that I would be taken care of and that my stuff would be safe. He really is a gem in the customer service world. Thanks Compass for setting high standards in a world that has lost touch with customer appreciation.
