I gave them two stars solely because I was able to get a uhaul last minute. I was charged a late fee after I returned the uhaul 2 hours early. And I have a second pending charge for more than the original charge. It's been there for a month because they refuse to fix it. My card company assures me it will fall off in another month. I'll never use this uhaul dealer again.

Listen up! This place rocks! Enviromentaly controlled storage. Elevator to get big heavy objects up and down. Hand carts and trucks. I think it is reasonably priced as well. never a billing issue. An absolute joy to talk with management. I have used this place for the last yr. though primarily indoor storage units, there are a handfull of exterior units. Late night access, i have entered as late as 10pm. piped music to break up the silence. We have even been graced with lienient billing schedule. yep on a couple occassions i messed up and forgot to pay on time. That has never been an issue. i have never been locked out either. just a phone call and small conversation to resolve the issue, even when i was a month behind, i was not locked out. We really enjoy this place. We store personal, as well as business items here. We Love this place!😚

The place I work at received a package meant for a different business; when I called FedEx to let them know about the mix up the guy that answered the phone told me to deliver the package to the correct place. When I told him I wasn't going to do his company's job he proceeded to insult me and the company I work for. Incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude.

First of all, Miss Sara REFUSED to give me the tracking number for the package to narrow down which of the four FedEx drivers delivered to package incorrectly. The her PROFESSIONALISM she hung up. Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I explained to her that there are 4 different drivers with 4 different routes. She was so lazy she couldn't even walk across the street.
