  I have decided for the greater good to take the time to leave a review here. So, are you sitting? Let's go...I booked this move (and prepaid 30%) on Sept 3rd 2020 - THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE- . Movers call 1-day prior to moving day ( November 29th 2020) to say "we'll be there at 12pm tomorrow". They still have not sent the required documents (such as the insurance) requested by our building at that time. They never did. I had called 3 times and sent 5 reminders by email. Our building accepts moves from 8am to 5pm. Movers show up AT SEVEN PM and finished at 11.30pm. Neighbors went ballistic. The 3 movers present insisted on a $150 tip for EACH of them before starting the job. They categorically refused to wear face-masks in common areas or in my apartment ( I have a 3 MONTHS old baby). They argued with the super-intendant who tried to have them wear it without success. They insulted a neighbor from the board, who tried as well. Elevator door was damaged. Walls in the corridor were scratched. I lost my $1100 move-out deposit. Then I was assured (verbally) that my goods would arrive 4 to 5 days later. They arrived 8 days later at destination. We stayed at the hotel for over a week with a (needy) baby. My 4K 65’TV is broken, my desk is broken, missing screws on the baby's crib. Sofa won't ever stand strong again. Had to put screws and nails everywhere to put it back together. I went through their legal claim channel and was offered a generous TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($27,00) compensation for the $2000+ of actual loss. The perfect scam. I am an expatriate who has moved 7 times in the last 5 years between 3 countries. This is my only BAD moving experience, and it shines a terrible light on the entire profession. An epic shame with an apotheosis of disrespect of the law (masks), people (neighbors, the super, my family) and property. Do yourself a favor and work with professionals who care.

  This company ripped me off! Came to pick all my items up in Chantilly VA. They were subs for Mega Van Lines. The took my stuff to NJ and told me they were bringing it straight down to Florida. I waited for days. They finally arrived with 1/3 of my items destroyed. Couple weeks later 2/3 of my items delivered destroyed. The final 1/3 never arrived. I paid them to pick up my stuff and they destroyed it all! Probably $35K worth of items. I just followed up with the owner Sadi and he said let me look for the final 1/3 and call me back in an hour. Of course I have been trying to call and text with no response. This is amazing. I will probably be hiring legal counsel to handle this matter. The worst thing ever…. Do not use this company, they will rip you off BAD!!!!!!!

  Most of my glassware was broken when it arrived, things were just thrown into boxes. Every piece of furniture was damaged, or destroyed, and it was all less than 6 months old. I was given the run around, never able to file a claim. I was quoted $2900.00 and charged $6200.00 before it was all over. They were unaware they needed to pack when they arrived, even though it was clearly stated on the contract, and did not have room on the truck, so had to send for another truck. I was told they would arrive on Friday, they didn't arrive until Saturday, costing me a trip to visit my Mother in hospice. She died before I got there.
