I came in to mail a box and was treated rudely. I filed out their form and then had to come back in to ask them how I would get the FedEx tracking number. They had forgotten to take my email address. And again the person was quite rude and unhelpful. I'll just go straight to FedEx or Walgreens next time

I would recommend Pak Mail to EVERYONE! I ship thousands of parcels daily with my work, and was beyond impressed with Pak Mails customer service and care. The owner Gill is a GEM! He was so helpful to our family and friends when needing to move our daughter out of the dorm in a rush. He went above and beyond and showed the true definition of caring in today's environment!! So much better than the UPS Store who failed to show the same service. I would give Gill and his staff 10 stars if I could.

These guys are great! I had used another mail receiving facility before, but switched because of untrained student staff and poor service. Pak Mail run by Gil Karpel and crew is great. The same employees have been there for years, no mistakes are made and they know who I am every time I walk through the door. They are so good that when I moved away from Boulder to two homes in different states I chose to continue receiving my mail at Pak Mail Boulder. They sort through and forward the most relevant mail to me at regular intervals. That's exceptional service! Highly recommended.
