Pak Mail Pittsburgh is an amazing company. I bought art off an online auction from a gallery in Pittsburgh and without ever being in Pittsburgh in person, I was able to communicate successfully with Pak Mail and get my art professionally picked up, wrapped up and delivered to me with signature drop off. They were incredibly diligent in making all my requests and pricing questions happen. I had multiple correspondences with them over the phone and e-mail to ensure my package was safe and arriving in a specific window of time. I could not recommend Pak Mail more!

These folks did an incredible job shipping furniture from one state to another. Padding/packing was excellent plus. Everything arrived without even the slightest damage, thanks to the careful attention to detail(s). The people at Pak Mail Crate & Ship are the best.

The folks at Pak Mail are quite unique in today's world. They communicate! They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it! And, the quality of the packing is excellent (For me they were shipping art work). This company is so good I must say I am still a little stunned by how seamless the experience was. Thank you Pak Mail!!!
