  "I walked in, looked at the impressive inventory for a few seconds and did not see anyone so continued looking thinking he might be in another room or something. Continued to look around, finally see someone sitting behind a counter & plexiglass partition watching a loud TV. I say hi and he replies something like "it would be nice if you acknowledged my presence when you are greeted" (I honestly didn't hear him). I apologized and said I'm new here and asked for some help. He turned down the TV a couple of notches, did not get up, and pointed to each section of what was available for what species, turned up the TV and proceeded to watch. I was stunned, walked around for a minute then thanked him for his time & left. Wow, talk about feeling unwanted as a customer!"
