Initially the process was excellent. They picked up my stuff, packed it quickly, and were on their way. (They said the estimate was wrong in square footage and charged me about $500 more however). They got to my new apartment quickly, but that was about the only positive about move-in. The guy showed up at 4:30 and started unloading my things and said his friends were on their way to help him. They never showed up. He was at my apartment until 10:00 putting everything together. I felt bad for the guy. Next, there are a number of things that were damaged. They cracked my TV, put a hole through my bookshelf, and split my dresser. The mover said they’d be in contact with me the next day to put in a claim. This was on Tuesday and it is now Friday with no call. I attempted to call them and just get sent to voicemail. I’m upset and frustrated that they have not maintained the quality of moving that was promised.

I have moved many (too many!) times in my life and Paragon movers were by far the best moving company I have ever used. From the first phone call to the actual move and afterwards, they were responsive, professional, fast, careful and the list could go on and on. I cannot recommend them enough.

Unbelievably excellent company, used them for a few local moves, and one cross country move from CO to MD, would use them again and recommend anyone to use them.
