  We've had our stuff in storage there for quite a while. Jessica is not customer friendly in several instances and then when we found out that even though we were on autopay, there were several instances that she ran the card late and we were charged a late fee. When I would call her about it she'd always want to argue with me and say it had been declined but instead of calling us to tell us she'd run it again a couple of days later and it just so happens went through . Not pleased with the service we got there at all.

  So I called this facility. Three rings and no answer. A while later I get a phone call from a number I do not recognize. I hear a very mumbled identification of their person. I don't know who this is so I mumble back and hang up. I then call this number using a *67 prefix to block my number and it's connected to this facility. Identify your business name when you return a call! Did I ask them to return my call? NO. So I then called them back on the original number. A woman gets the phone. I asked her how she was doing. She said "OK, can I help you?" I then asked her if someone was with her e.g. if she had another customer with her. Her reply was "can I help you?" I again said "is there someone with you?" She said "what does it matter if someone is with me or not?!" She refused to answer my question. It seemed to be a VERY, VERY tough "yes or no" I told her "if a customer is with you I don't want to bother you for very long" She then says "can I help you?" I said "we don't have a relationship, you are dumped" This woman has a major control and attitude problem. WOW. I will NEVER do business here.
