I rented from them about a week ago and it was a rocky start at first with the customer service rep over the phone. But once I actually went into the location at temple I had the pleasure to interact with the manager Cody and when it comes to his customer service skills and him caring more about actually helping the customer with their problems he is 10/10. I’ll definitely be using Penske in temple and in Waco whenever I need a truck and I definitely recommend!!

I rented from this company and had 2 flat tires and customer service was no help no refund was offered if theybtreat veterans like this they should be shameful
