  Firstly, no DC power plug in to run GPS for my 900+ mile relocation. Secondly, pulling a car carrier with my Toyota on it. Blow out at the W. Virginia border. 2 hour wait...>1 mile another blow out, same tire. Barrings bad, 3 more hour wait on new carrier! 7 hours down total! Edit... 100% refunded!

  The absolute worst place to rent a penske truck. Jonathan told me that the 26' truck that I had reserved had been sent somewhere else but the just got one in. The trucks fuel gauge didn't work they said after it warms up it works, no it didn't. Was told the back hitch was bent up to make it stronger. No. And it had chunks of rubber missing in the tires I was going to drive it 2700 miles and they rented it to me. It rode like riding on a wash board. I had them give me another truck after two days what a pain.

  Staff was nice but they pointed me in different directions. Waited 15 minutes with no help... Once they finally got to me I had to wait outside in the FREEZING temps (35) while they put on a new tire. I waited over an hour for a simple tire change.... Edit: without communicating with me they decided to do all 4. So I’ll be here 2 hours. Because of this delay AFTER I’m done working in the truck I’ll return to my motorcycle which has been rained on for an hour, and I’ll have to ride 40 minutes in the pouring rain. If they said “hey we’re gonna take longer then the 15 minutes we told you”, I would’ve moved the contents of the truck to another and not had to ride in the rain. Was 2 star, but changed to 1 for literally 0 communication. Edit 2: Because of the delay, not only did my brand new leather gloves shrink, not only did my leather jacket shrivel, my phone broke. All they had to do was communicate and I wouldn't be out a whole grand.
