Although the box provided was satisfactory, the customer service was poor at best. It was very difficult to get in contact with the company, and I was often given the run-around by customer service representatives. Furthermore, the moving services were both limited in availability and extremely expensive. My family ended up having to rent a Budget Truck instead of shipping the box because of the high cost. The driver who dropped off my box initially was the only person throughout the process who communicated with me in a timely and concise manner. Overall, would not recommend.

This company is awful, I would give zero if I could. My neighbor used them to store what was left of their home after a fire during renovations. The driver who dropped the box's off ran into my mailbox and destroyed it. After multiple calls/emails to the corporate customer care line, someone finally reached out. They lady from corporate customer care agreed that indeed it seemed based upon my neighbors testimony and nature of the incident, that the driver did indeed run into my mailbox. She had the manager from the local franchise reach out, who immediately discredited this and basically told me I was a lair. She said she would mail me claims paperwork to fill out and IF they deemed necessary, would cover cost of my mailbox. Months and many attempts to get back in contact later... I still have NO claims paperwork, have received ZERO response via email or phone from both corporate and the local franchise... Essentially they are not responding and refusing to take care of the damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Stay Away! Don’t do business here! This is a poorly run local franchise with terrible customer service. I thought I was dealing with a national company but when I started having problems I found out this is a local franchise. The national company takes no responsibility for how the local office manages its business or how they treat their customers. My experience in a nutshell: Truck driver literally bounced my box off the ground 3 times trying to get it loaded onto his forklift and out of our driveway (I don’t know if any of my things are broken but I have video of this fiasco), they do not offer insurance for your box so you are totally responsible for any damage they might do to your stuff, they charged me for 2 boxes for 2 months when we only used 1 box, and finally our box was supposed to be delivered to our house today but it never showed up. I’ve called multiple times but nobody answers and we have not received a call back from anyone. I’ve been frustrated with this company through the entire process and would never do business with them again.
