As a trucker, I have had to deal with countless Penske’s on my travels. And this is hands down the best Penske ever. The guys who work as mechanics attended me immediately and very kindly, however I would like to make a special mention to JAMAR who solved the electrical problem that my truck had in record time, not only that, he also fixed a couple of problems apart from the original problem. Really thank you very much Jamar!, people like you are the ones who make a big difference in this world! Keep it up brother, I congratulate you, thank you for everything!.

I am retired military, so you can imagine how many DITY moves I made over the course of 20 years. I am writing this with hope that this experience was my last. Not only was the trucks cosmetic appearance unsatisfactory, but the chucks of tread missing from the tires was nerve wrecking considering the trip I made was about to endure was from Virgina to Arizona. To top it off, 10 hours from end of trip, I attempted to roll down the driver side window. The window immediately came off track the moment I began to roll it down. I had sun and wind in my face, the noise from the wind and dust became unpleasant, and the result of a sunburn on my arm was the beginning of the irony. Sun went down, and the cold wind blew in. To say the least, I am hesitant to rent from Penske following this incident. I am not sure a recommendation to family and friends at this point is wise either. $1200+ was way too much for the quality. I compared the tires to the drop off locations many options, and the trucks in Mesa Arizona looked well maintained compared to what I received in Ashland, VA. Truly disappointed. I tried calling several times when I arrived in Arizona, but the phone rang with no answer each time.

Thanks you Penske manager Brad and team for such a awesome job of taking care of your customers. My tractor needed brakes and I had a load to take from Virginia to Tennessee. Him and his team found me a sub tractor right away so I can make my load appointment . Thank you Brad
