Called to rent a semi, but because my business is ran out of my home and not an actual office building, they won't rent me one. Apparently there not O/O with there own authority friendly.

the staff at Penske was very very friendly and pleasant even though they weren't able to fix my truck yesterday. I really can't hold it against them but that's why this is a four-star rating not a five.
