DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ALMOST KILLED OUR PARENTS. Not only did they forget the additional components we ordered (furniture dolly, moving pads, etc.), but they did not inspect the vehicle prior to sending us out in it. The front tires were worn so much and so unevenly that wires were exposed on the interior side. The area of this wear was not easily visible, particularly to a customer expecting the vehicle to be rented in drivable condition, and should most definitely have been noticed by a mechanic or employee. We were driving from this location to Florida with our parents driving the moving truck, and one of the tires blew on a major interstate. When the mechanic came to change the blown tire, he happened to check the others and would not let them get back on the road due to the condition of the other tires. Not only did this cause a potentially fatal accident, but it also added 4 HOURS to our already 30+ hour drive. I will NEVER rent a Penske truck again, and I recommend you also look elsewhere.
