Sadly this is not related to the service, we had a bad experience today with one of your truck drivers on the highway. Careless driver almost caused us to crash to the back of his truck. He started to change lanes without paying attention and almost ran us off the road, had to slam on the breaks to avoid hitting him.

Matt got me in and out when he said he could... He missed his bit by $300 on a $1200 bid. It was $1548 out the door, which is why the 4 stars and not 5. It was important for me to get going and he did that!
