  I rented a truck for a one day local rental. The truck was scheduled to be pickup at a local Home Depot. There was a problem when I went to pick up the truck. Due to a time constraint I was unable to get it on the day requested. Upon contacting the office in Sharonville I was able to reschedule the rental for another day. Where this was a bit of a inconvenience ( Mike ) worked with me to ensure the day I needed that everything was ready to go. While this was not ideal it is good to know that they would take the time to make things right.

  Staff has been friendly. Have picked up a rental semi a few times for a local high school band. Trucks have always been clean. The few small issues I found on the trucks, that staff has always took pics and noted it before I left. The only issue I had, is they could make sure the tires are in reasonable order and safe. Had a few tires that where boarder line. Since I am not hauling lots of weight or traveling far, I made sure it was noted, but not had an issue. Last issue, is fuses. Of the 5 trucks so far, 3 had blown fuses for the trailer, all different fuses on the three trucks. Only one truck fuse I can account for the trailer that was being towed. But it would be nice if they would have spare fuses. Overall, for at we do, Penske has had a truck, and easy to work with so far.

  They treat there customers of color differently than others stay away especially Jo Arsenault Natasha Schaefer Eric Smith they will run you in circles without any true results we are a honest company trying to do good business and if you are like us stay away they will take your money for miles never driven they will charge you for there personal friends accounts and hold you liable we had names on our invoices that were never affiliated with our company good thing we keep good records but even with good records keeping Jo and Natasha will not help you get resolved !!!!
