Despite many reviews that had me concerned, we had a great experience. PODS were easy to schedule online, and I was able to reach customer service via phone easily as well and they were very helpful and friendly. The containers were delivered on time and were in good shape, both on the loading and unloading end. We tried to use another local company at first, but it didn't work out and we ended up being forced to PODS, which I'm glad happened as we had a great experience and the pricing was better.

Pod on the pick up day drove past by old residents and did not pick up my packed pod. The excuse was that I had a moving truck in the driveway and couldn't pick the pod up. My mover was in his truck ready to move the truck, my wife was at the curb,waving her arms trying to get him to stop.. drive look at her, and drove on.No call from driver for an ETA, HAD TO RESCHEDULE, DIDNT HAVE ANYONE TO UNLOAD MY POD, HAD TO RESCHEDULE PICK UP DATE, AND ON THE PICK UP DAY,HAD no eta call, driver was over one hour late. Called pods and management had nothing but excuses on why they wasn't there picking up their pod at the 3 hour window. Sorry a whole bunch of headaches,pods was the worst, wouldn't recommend pods to move a dog house
