  Penske goes above and beyond from reservations, concerns and issues. We had rented a truck, the truck had a tail light issue, they offered us a new truck for free. We had a family emergency and penske instantly assisted us by arrange to have the truck towed for free, then a week later gave us the truck at the same rate. Thank you for making a very challenging time seamless and worry free. The trucks can be newer than competitors, the customer service is the best, strongly recommended!

  Horrible company! Liars!! They screwed up my reservation a record 5 times. They offer a great price but beware if you have time restraints on moving anything. I used the Penske in Burlington on Elbow lane. Nice people but also nice liars. Very unprofessional team there. You've been warned.
