The person who made my delivery could not have been nicer. He called to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes, he arrived promptly, and even helped me carry the items in (which I know they are not supposed to do) when he found out I had no one to help me.

If I could give this carrier ZERO stars I would. This is by far the WORST company we have ever dealt with. My girlfriend and I ordered a massage chair through Amazon in which was supposed to be delivered through R&L Carriers. Their policy says they would call before they delivery to schedule a time, in which they never did. We never received an update stating the package was out for delivery, later that day we received an update stating the package was delivered. We have a ring doorbell that didn’t show a delivery attempt, so we were left confused. Now, this is over $1,000 item and they’re saying they delivered it. We contacted the company and they call their driver he says “I couldn’t find the address”. The numbers to my house are displayed as big as day so there’s no way the driver couldn’t locate my address. So if you couldn’t find the address where did you deliver it ? The shipper then sends a picture of where the driver so called delivered my $1000 package and low and behold it was delivered to an abandoned lot, NOT our house but an ABANDONED LOT!!! Please make it make sense. This company should not be in business they are terrible, they do not care about people items, money or time. The managers do not make it any better and have no desire in reprimanding or replacing things their drivers screwed up. FedEx, UPS, or DHL would NEVER leave someone’s package anywhere if they’re unable to locate an address.
