  This Home Depot I don't go to much, not sure why. But the place is never crowded and I seem to get in and out without ever leaving empty handed. Plus I always seem to get a great parking spot here too. Might have to start coming to this location more.

  IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. Most likely no one will answer. They’ll pick up the phone and leave you on hold. Then the line will be hung up. Applied for a customer-service job. Waited 60 minutes for interview after showing up on time. Got the job. Not given an schedule. No one responds to e-mail or voice calls. CLEARLY they’re not interested in good customer service. I’ll go back to Lowes.

  I purchased a few items in the Garden Area @ the Westampton store. As I was walking by a worker who was busy unloading plants and such, he PRETENDED not to see me as I was walking by. He PRETENDED to be too engrossed in his duties. While I was walking 🚶‍♀️ back to the checkout line to pay for my items that is when all of a sudden he asked me if I needed assistance. No hello greeting though, no smile. Guess he thought that I thought good customer service does not matter! Well guess what Home Depot; it matters every single time with every single customer who shops at the store! #badshoppingexperience# Decent cashier though.........
