  Called them up and was able to rent a truck that day. I needed a new Truck after Budget trucks drive shaft fell off. Penske saved me a lot of time and frustration by being able to provide me a truck on the spot. Yes it was more expensive, but the truck was reliable and safe. And most importantly, worked and didn't break down after less then 40 miles.

  Matt and his team have been swamped this past week, and I am grateful for the attentiveness and the way they did everything in their power to get me truck for the length of time I needed it. He stayed after hours to let me pick up in the evening and although I had to pick up at a different location than I intended, I was empathetic after hearing all of the staffing issues and long hours he was working. Thank you for all of your incredible hard work! You are making my stressful move much easier.
